 Return Eligibility You may request a return within “14 calendar days starting from the date we ship your order from our workshop in China”.

Return request must be submitted before the 14‑day window expires. 

To qualify for return:

• 1.The jewelry must be unused, unworn, free of scratches, tarnish, oxidation, dents or damage. 
• 2. The item must be returned with all original packaging, jewelry box, dust pouch and brand cards intact. 
• 3. “You must return the exact same item shipped to you by FaeAtelier”. We fully inspect every returned item. We reserve the right to reject your return if you send back a different item, counterfeit item, substituted item, or item from another merchant in place of our product. Any substitution attempt will result in denied refund and the package will be returned to you at your own cost.

Non‑Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, personalized/custom engraved jewelry, or gift cards.

These items are final sale. 

“Order Cancellation Cancellation requests are allowed only -before the order is marked as shipped”

 Once the package has been dispatched from our workshop, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

 Fees Deducted From Refund (Buyer’s remorse returns)

 If you return for personal reasons (size issue, style dislike, changed mind):

1. “Original outbound shipping cost: flat $5 USD will be deducted from your refund”.> Our original shipping cost is $15, we absorb the remaining shipping cost and only deduct a flat $5 from your refund for outbound delivery.
2.  “10% restocking fee of the item’s subtotal will be deducted from your refund.” > The $5 outbound shipping fee and 10% restocking fee will NOT be charged if the item arrives defective, broken, wrong item shipped due to our mistake.

 Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchange returns must follow the eligibility rules listed above.

 Return Shipping Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, including international return postage, unless the item arrives defective, broken, or wrong item shipped by our mistake.

 Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund amount = (Item price - 10% restocking fee - $5 outbound shipping cost) for buyer‑initiated returns. Refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@faeatelier.com.
