 Order Processing All jewelry is hand-inspected before dispatch. Orders take “1–3 business days” for inspection, packing and shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next business day.

 Shipping Destination & Rates We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

✅ United States: Flat $5 outbound shipping. For other international countries, shipping fees will be displayed automatically during checkout.

 Estimated Delivery Time - United States: 7–14 business days - International orders: 10–25 business days Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, sorting disruptions or customs clearance.

Tracking Once your package ships, an automated email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking information to update online.

Customs & Import Duties International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees. “Buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country.” We do not cover these fees.

 Package Loss & Damage Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or lost in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and provide photo evidence. We will investigate the case with the shipping carrier. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

 Important Notes

• We ship directly from our workshop in China.
• - Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.
