1. What material is the jewelry?

All our pieces are gold vermeil. It is not solid gold. Please refer to our jewelry care guide to maintain the finish.

2.How do I care for my jewelry?

 Please remove before showering, swimming, using perfume or lotion. Keep stored in a dry jewelry box. Wipe gently with soft cloth.

3. Can I resize the rings?

Most of our rings are adjustable open bands, easy to fit most finger sizes. 

4.What is your return window?

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days starting from our shipment date. Items must be returned in unused condition with full original packaging. Buyer‑remorse returns will have $5 outbound shipping fee and 10% restocking fee deducted.

5.My jewelry tarnished, is this covered by return?

Tarnish from exposure to water, perfume, sweat or improper care is not a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

6.Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries globally. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

7.What payment methods do you accept?
